					<description><![CDATA[Great article, and really interesting points about personal branding in QA. One thing I’d add is that the idea of a ‘brand’ doesn’t have to apply only to individuals. A whole QA team could also have an internal brand.
 
Even a highly competent in house QA team can stay largely invisible if the rest of the organisation doesn’t clearly understand how the team works or what impact it creates. Making the team’s strengths, practices, and results visible helps ensure QA is recognised as part of how the company succeeds, not just as a background function. So, I think the branding discussion can also be extended to the team level.]]></description>
