BlinqIO Raises $5M for GenAI Software Testing Platform

BlinqIO generative-AI software testing platform has recently raised $5M in funding. The round was led by Flint Capital with participation from Inovia Capital Precede Fund I, TAL ventures and SeedIL. The company intends to use the funds to assist the AI test automation engineer in rolling operations across the USA.

BlinqIO was founded in 2023 by former Experitest CEO Tal Barmeir and CTO Guy Arieli. Experitest SeeTest SaaS digital test automation platform was acquired by TPG and rebranded as Digital.ai. BlinqIO is another startup in the crowded market for AI software testing tools. BlinqIO aims to be a SaaS-based platform that enables to leverage the power of Generative AI in the testing world. It should allow Generative AI to perform the work of a test engineer autonomously. BlinqIO’s AI test engineer understands requirements, picks tasks from JIRA/Monday and makes decisions on how to execute them, creating test automation code (playwright) and maintaining it autonomously. In addition, the AI test engineer has multilingual capabilities, meaning it works with over 50 languages.
