Test automation platform Testsigma has announced today that it has raised $8.2 million in funding led by MassMutual Ventures. Previous investors Accel, STRIVE and BoldCap also participated in the round. The company previously raised $4.6M led by Accel along with STRIVE and BoldCap in 2022.

(NASDAQ: SNPS) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and Francisco Partners, two global private equity firms, for the sale of its Software Integrity Group business in a transaction with a total value of up to $2.1 billion. Upon completion of the transaction, the business will emerge as a newly independent application security testing software provider.
